ROCC is a Natural + Sustainable oral care company based in Melbourne. Launched in May 2021, ROCC quickly became known for its sustainable packaging, vitamin-enriched formula and shelf-worthy brand image. With big expansion plans for 2022, we are looking for a Brand Manager to own our marketing channels and drive results.

About the role

Reporting to the Co-Founder, this role gives you all the accountability, flexibility and autonomy you’ve always wanted while growing and growing our brand in Australia.

This is a results-driven, hands-on and varied role that will involve strategy through to execution, creating strong marketing plans and initiatives, and launching innovative beauty campaigns.

You will be:

  • Manage the development of marketing plans and strategies to drive in-store and online sales.
  • Plan, budget and manage marketing plans, initiatives and content creation, ensuring everything meets brand guidelines.
  • Drive business for key partner agencies, measuring and tracking performance across all marketing plans, including digital, social and influencer campaigns.
  • Always on the lookout for the next opportunity to leverage the brand – a collaboration, contest or sales initiative.
  • Propose, manage and execute brand partnerships to drive brand growth
  • Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Research, analyze and present information related to the relevant category, target demographic and brand. Use this information to shape marketing strategies.

Skills & experience

  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience.
  • Previous experience at brand manager level and proven experience in consumer goods marketing or e-commerce.
  • Experience planning brand and new product launches in the ANZ market.
  • Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing the planning and execution of branded content across all media channels including social, digital, EDM and print media
  • Experience with social media influencer strategies

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in the health and/or beauty industry
  • Digital savvy, experienced in cross-channel content creation – website, EDM, social media channels.

Note that this position can be based in Melbourne or remotely from Australia.
