One of the trademarks of Bill Foley’s sports properties in the Las Vegas market is how the Vegas Golden Knights create their own content and videos to advance their brand.

In fact, Las Vegas already has a sports organization based right here in the valley that is the king of content creation – Ultimate Fighting Championship, which is both an MMA fight promoter and media producer.

It’s no surprise, then, that Foley’s Sports and Entertainment Operations created a six-part documentary series to chronicle the launch of Foley’s new Indoor Football League team called the Vegas Knight Hawks. The team begins play here at this market on March 18 at the new arena at Foley’s Dollar Loan Center in Henderson.

The internal video series is called, UKnighted in Flight,” and the folks at Foley pitch it as Hard Knocks-style content that “will provide unprecedented behind-the-scenes access that chronicles the launch of the indoor football team. Cameras on the pitch, on the bench, in the locker room, boardroom, player mics, coaches mics and exclusive interviews will give fans and viewers a captivating look inside the all-new team valley professional.

The first episode of UKnighted In Flight is scheduled for March 16 at 9pm PT on My LVTV. The broadcast dates and times of the next episodes will be announced later. Each episode will last 30 minutes.

“You’re in the boardroom as players are told they made the team or they didn’t make the team,” said group marketing director Eric Tosi. Foley sports and entertainment center which also includes wineries and hotels. “I think fans are going to like it. We think it’s content that fans will really enjoy.

Collecting Knight Hawks content actually started with the team’s new logo and name last summer. Foley’s in-house staff is shooting the footage, and video production is being done in conjunction with a Boston production house called Moody Street Productions, Tosi said.

“With the Indoor Football League, they are an open canvas for ideas,” Tosi said. noting that the mascot and fan interactive elements will be fun parts of the Knight Hawks games.
