! K7 Music is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Professional to join the Marketing team.
Location: preferably Berlin but London and / or remote considered.
The candidate will work closely with the wider marketing team and label directors to lead and strategize, lead and implement social media and digital marketing campaigns for our internal labels! K7 Records, Strut, ! 7K, Soul Bank Music and Ever Records and priority release projects. from award-winning labels based in the US, UK and Europe in a wide variety of musical genres. The role will include building assets and running campaigns, managing social media accounts and actively growing engagement and audiences.
The candidate will also lead all aspects of digital advertising campaigns for our internal labels and with a strong ability to measure, analyze and influence effectiveness and positive results.
Experience and skills required
- More than 3 years of experience working in collaboration with a record company.
- A good understanding of! K7 Music’s internal labels, musical contexts, audiences and ecosystem.
- Proven experience in the work of innovative and successful campaigns.
- Ability to learn, prioritize and adapt to lead the team on market changes and innovations in the digital landscape.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in all publishing campaigns.
