This role consists of two main elements:
The first is to take over the following business management tasks.
- Act as the first contact: communication and telephone management
- Manage your agenda, organize meetings and appointments, and often control access to managers / leaders
- Travel, transportation and accommodation reservations and arrangements
- Organization of events and conferences
- Remind managers / executives of important tasks and deadlines
- Implementation and maintenance of the procedure / management system
- Contact with staff, suppliers and customers
- Investigation and reporting
His role is also to support leadership in personal life organizations such as:
- General organization and support for tidying up the house
- Daily operations such as ordering items, mailing, printing, etc.
- Take inventory at home to help order products
- Supplier relationship management
